The hot tub was a delightful bonus that added to the overall experience. The spacious bed was surprisingly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Despite some noise from nearby construction, the hotel was generally quiet, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Furthermore, the location was perfect, as it provided a sense of privacy while still having the owners nearby for assistance when needed. the indoor and outdoor spaces made us feel right at home.

I absolutely loved The Nookery in Winscombe! The villa had everything I needed for a cozy stay. The bed was super comfy, and the garden views from the terrace were stunning. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, and the flat-screen TV made for great movie nights. I felt right at home here!

Just a personal preference, but I wish the bathroom had a bathtub. Still, it's just my opinion, and others might not mind.

The bed in the spacious room was big and quite comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks like the small bathroom and lack of spare towels, we should have asked for them as they may have been provided. Additionally, we were woken up by builders on both days of our stay, possibly from a neighboring property.

Engaged in intense hiking and cycling activities. The hot tub was fab for some head-to-toe relaxation. Enjoyed privacy in the garden and felt like a queen in my own kingdom.

Oh, who needs spare towels or a normal-sized bathroom anyway? And let's not forget the charming wake-up calls from the builders next door.

Our visit to Ashton Court, just 23 km away from The Nookery, was absolutely delightful. The beautiful surroundings and captivating trails made it the perfect outing for our adventurous family. We soaked up the picturesque views, enjoyed a picnic by the river, and even spotted some wildlife along the way. It truly felt like a family adventure filled with unforgettable memories.

My children wanted more family-friendly activities at The Nookery.

Despite some noise from the builders/nearby neighbors, it was generally quiet. We had access to free Wi-Fi, free parking, an electric kettle, cookware, a flat-screen TV. The area offered plenty of activities like skiing, hiking, cycling, canoeing, horseback riding. We also enjoyed the outdoor dining area. our stay was superb! The Nookery exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for a fantastic getaway.
